All sales are final sale and can not be returned. If there is damage to your item(s) while shipping please contact us at crystallovetreasures@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving.

Crystals are natural minerals that are each beautiful and unique. Therefore no two crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware as natural objects their appearance can vary from the images shown and may contain natural markings, fissures and pits. Please expect to find hidden inclusions and beautiful natural markings within the crystal itself.  Our designs and crystal cuts are made to showcase the beauty of a crystalline structure. Please be aware that all of our products are hand-cut and carved individually, so they may never be completely ‘perfect’. *Colours may vary with different screen resolutions.
